McNally & Bellino, LLC to Take Part in the Annual Convention for the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors 

The partners of McNally & Bellino, LLC, Stephen McNally and Paige M. Bellino are honored and excited to participate in a Mock Trial at SurvCon 2023, the Annual Convention for the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City between February 22 and 24, 2023.  The Mock Trial will take place on Friday, February 24, 2023 as part of which Paige will play the role of counsel for the Plaintiffs, the Harpers who have asserted a claim for quiet title against the defendant, Sunshine Resort related to their lake front property. Steve will play the role of counsel for Sunshine Resort which has asserted a counterclaim for adverse possession.   The Mock Trial will display the role of surveyor as expert, will explore conflicting lines of possession and related boundary law principles.
