Stephen McNally & Paige Bellino were honored to participate in a mock trial for attendees of the annual convention of the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors, held in Atlantic City on February 24, 2023. After the mock trial, Paige and Steve participated in a presentation, during which they discussed the “do’s and don’ts” of serving as an expert in litigation. Such expert services come into play in title claim and professional liability matters.
